GF82.35-P-3001T Rear Window Washer, Function

Component Identification:

Function requirements:
^ C. 15R On

Function sequence
The washing request is transmitted by pressing the rear-end door wiper switch (keep depressed downward) by the upper control panel control unit via CAN-B to the driver-side SAM control unit and to the rear door control unit. The driver-side SAM control unit actuates the rear-end door washer fluid pump for the duration of the actuation.

The rear door control unit actuates the tailgate wiper motor for the duration of the actuation. If the rear-end door wiper switch is released before reaching the end position, a final wipe takes place as far as the park position of the wiper arm. While the rear-end door washer fluid pump is operating, the rear wiper is operated in continuous wiping mode.

The washing operation always has priority over the rear window washer system intermittent mode.
