GF91.53-P-3000R Roll Bar Hydraulic System Function

Component Identification:

Raise roll bar (only using manual operation)
The motor (A7/5m1) of the hydraulic unit starts up, the main valve (Y55/1y1) and the roll bar solenoid valve (Y55/1y2) shift up:
^ Pressure is applied to the two locking pawl cylinders, which releases the gear rack. Pressure is applied to the roll bar hydraulic cylinder at the piston end and it moves out.

If the roll bar is in an intermediate position, it supports itself at the gear racks using the locking pawl, and is also clamped in via the hydraulic cylinder at the rod end by the system hydraulic pressure.

Lower roll bar (only using manual operation)
The motor (A7/5m1) of the hydraulic unit starts up, and the main valve (Y55/1y1) shifts:
^ Pressure is applied to the two locking pawl cylinders, and the gear rack is released. The roll bar hydraulic cylinder moves in and simultaneously compresses the springs for crash deployment, and the roll bar is lowered.

Hydraulic system pressure is permanently applied to the hydraulic cylinder at the rod end.
