Headlamp Washer Spray Nozzle: Service and Repair

AR82.15-P-6100P Remove/Install Telescopic Nozzle of Headlamp Cleaning System
- with CODE (600a) Headlamp cleaning system

Shown On Model 203.0:

1 Remove front bumper
2 Remove fuse (1)
3 Pull off hose (3)

See "Special Tool" given below.

4 Unscrew screw (4)
5 Take out telescopic nozzle (2)

NOTE: Installation: Check that guide (5) is correctly seated

6 Install in the reverse order
7 Function check
8 Inspect fluid level of windshield washer system, adjust to correct level
9 Check and correct headlamp adjustment
