GF77.20-P-3007SX Panoramic Sliding Roof Lock-Up Recognition, Function

GF77.20-P-3007SX Panoramic Sliding Roof Lock-Up Recognition, Function
- with CODE (413) Panoramic glass roof with top sliding roof
- up to model year 08

To realize this function, the
^ roof system drive unit (M12) is equipped with the
- Hall sensor 1, roof system (M12b1) and
- Hall sensor 2, roof system (M12b2), the
^ front roller sun blind motor (M54) with the
- Hall sensor 1, front roller sun blind (M54b1) and
- Hall sensor 2, front roller sun blind (M54b2) and the
^ rear roller sun blind motor (M54/1) with the
- Hall sensor 1, rear roller sun blind (M54/1b1) and
- Hall sensor 2, rear roller sun blind (M54/1b2)

The signals from the Hall sensors are evaluated by the overhead control panel control unit (N70)

When the signals are not transmitted during active actuation, the roof system drive unit or corresponding roller sun blind motor is switched off after approx. 0.3 s.

Moreover, a mechanical thermal overload protection switch on the roof motor (M12m1), on the front roller sun blind motor (M54m1) and rear roller sun blind motor (M54/1m1) provides overload protection.

If the Hall sensors are not present, the front roller sun blind or the rear roller sun blind can only be actuated in increments of approx. 0.3 s.

The panoramic sliding roof can only be closed with the emergency crank.
