COMAND Head Unit Display (A40/8) Flickering

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of the COMAND head unit display flickering, this may be due to a faulty connector contact or a hardware error in the display. To remedy, perform a visual check on the LVDS (Video Cable) between the COMAND and the display, ensure all pins are straight and mate correctly with the connector of both the head unit and the display. Plug LVDS cable back and check again. Should the flickering persist, replace the display only.
