- Splits the incoming mobile phone signals or data from the telephone antenna and forwards them - depending on the actuation from the emergency call system control unit - to the emergency call system control unit or to the Bluetooth module

Transmitting signals
- Mobile phone signals or data to the telephone antenna via HF line
- Mobile phone signals or data to the emergency call system control unit via HF line
- Mobile phone signals or data to the Bluetooth module via HF line

In the event of a vehicle-related service (e.g. MB-Info call), any active mobile phone connections are interrupted.
