Function
Three different positions can be stored per transmitter key
In addition to locking the vehicle from the outside the last positions moved to are stored. The following positions are stored on each storage location of the left seat adjustment switch group (S91/2):
- the driver's seat and backrest position
- the steering wheel position
- the inside rearview mirror position
- the outside mirror position on the driver's side
- the outside mirror position on the passenger side

To store the position the left seat adjustment switch group (S91/2) has the following switches:
^ Switch for memory location 1 (S91/2s6),
^ Switch for memory location 2 (S91/2s7),
^ Switch for memory location 3 (S91/2s8) and
^ memory switch (S91/2s9).

Operating procedure
Before storage for the corresponding transmitter key the left electrically adjustable and headed outside mirror (M21/1) and right electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/2) must be adjusted to the desired position

Storage is to be performed as follows:
^ Press memory switch (S91/2s9) for at least 40ms and release
^ Press switch for memory location 1 (S91/2s6) or switch for memory location 2 (S91/2s7) or switch for memory location 3 (S91/2s8) within 3s for min.40 ms

If the position measurement results in valid values the positions of the left electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/1) and the right electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/2) are stored in the left door control module (N69/1) and right door control module (N69/2)
