For measuring the position of the seat adjustment one Hall sensor is fitted to each adjustment motor at the
^ left front seat adjustment with memory motor group (M27)
^ right front seat adjustment with memory motor group (M28).

The Hall sensor signals are read in by the left front seat adjustment with memory control module (N32/1); right front seat adjustment with memory control module (N32/2), checked for plausibility and counted in the position counter in order to measure the position.

The received Hall pulses are evaluated as positive or negative according to the actuation voltage of the motor.
