Lock-up protection
Automatic deactivation occurs after 2 seconds if the longitudinal adjustment forward/back motor (M20m1) and/or the height adjustment up/down motor (M20m2) is blocked during an adjustment procedure triggered by the steering column adjustment switch (up and down, forward and back) (S59/1s1) or if a stored position is resumed automatically.

A restart in the same direction of adjustment is only possible after the switch is released for more than 2 seconds.

A restart in the opposite direction of adjustment is possible right away.
