Heater Core: Service and Repair

AR83.25-P-1100R Remove/Install Heat Exchanger







1 Remove AC housing
2 Remove air outlet (1)
3 Remove socket yokes (2) of line connections

CAUTION: Installation: Replace insert forks

4 Lift up lines and pull out heat exchanger (3)

NOTE: Installation: Fit new O-rings.

5 Install in the reverse order.
