Component Identification:

Location
The left switch group and right switch group are located on the outside of the respective seat frame.

Design
The design is described using the example of the left seat adjustment switch group; the same applies for the right seat adjustment switch group.
The following switches are located in the left switch group:
- Seat front raise/lower switch (S22s2)
- Seat fore/aft switch (S22s3)
- Seat rear raise/lower switch (S22s4)
- Backrest switch (S22s5)
- Memory switch (S22s6)
- Memory button 1,2,3 switch (S22s7)

Function
By actuating the switch group, the adjustment requests are read in by the driver-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/1), which then actuates the corresponding motors.
