GF27.19-P-5179ACK Shift Pressure Control Solenoid Valve, Component Description

GF27.19-P-5179ACK Shift pressure control solenoid valve, component description
- Transmission 722.695

Component Identification:

Location
The shift pressure control solenoid valve is located on the supporting body of the electric controller unit and is pressed against the shift plate valve body by means of a leaf spring.

Task
The shift pressure control solenoid valve controls the shift pressure depending on the constantly changing operating conditions (e.g. load change and gear change).

Component Identification:

The shift pressure control solenoid valve has a snug fit and is sealed with a gap seal facing the shift plate valve body.

The contact springs on the shift pressure control solenoid valve grip into a slot in the conductor tracks. The spring force of the contact springs means that reliable contacting is guaranteed.

Function
The shift pressure regulating solenoid valve assigns a proportional pressure to the current which is controlled by the ETC control unit (N15/3) according to the load.
