Hybrid System - No Start Due To HV Battery/150A Fuse

Reason for change

Complaint:
^ Combustion engine can no longer be started.

^ A battery fault message appears in instrument cluster.

^ Fault code "current and stored" in battery management system control unit (SG-BMS) (see control unit fault code).

Cause:
Thermomechanical loads can lead to the failure of the 150 A fuse in the HV battery. In this state when a start attempt is made, activation of the HV contactor in the HV battery is suppressed and it is not possible to start the vehicle.

Remedy:
Replace HV battery..
