PURPOSE
The 1987 and 1988 Precis Service Manuals do not adequately describe how to remove and install the radiator grille assembly. This bulletin provides detailed removal and installation procedures. As reference to this bulletin, please attach the red lettered sticker to page 600-13 of the 1987 Precis Service Manual and page 60-17 of the 1988 Precis Service Manual.

GRILLE REMOVAL PROCEDURE
^ While gently pulling on the grille, spread the ends of each of the attachment clips as shown in Figure 1.

GRILLE INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Remove the radiator grille attachment clips from the support brackets by rotating each clip in its slot (Figure 2).

2. Install the attachment clips into the radiator grille by gently pushing them into position as shown in Figure 3.
3. Align the grille assembly with the slots in the support brackets and push in until each of the attachment clips snap into place.
