Affected Vehicles

This procedure applies to approximately seven hundred 1990 California emission specification 1.5L Precis vehicles still equipped with the original factory-installed catalytic converter (catalytic converters with dates before 900617, (decoded as, 1990 June 17)) with manual or automatic transaxles. This recall does not apply to any other vehicles or models. Vehicles having a replacement converter are not eligible for catalytic converter replacement under this recall procedure.
