Customer Notification

Letters will be sent to all owners of affected vehicles over a three month period. This letter instructs the owner to return the affected vehicle to their MMSA dealership to have the brake hoses replaced. An example of the letter is included in this bulletin. Customer notification will be mailed according to schedule shown. Parts availability is also based on this schedule.
