Air Bypass Valve, Turbocharger

Intercooler, Piping And Components:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the bypass air hose.
2. Remove the vacuum control line.
3. Unbolt the bypass valve from the intercooler to throttle body air pipe.

INSTALLATION
1. Install a new air bypass valve seat gasket.
2. Bolt the valve to the intercooler to throttle body air pipe.

Torque value:
11 - 16 ft.lbs. (15 - 22 Nm)

3. Attach the vacuum control line.
4. Fit the bypass air hose and clamp.

Torque value:
3 ft.lbs. (4 Nm)
