Purpose

This bulletin describes servicing procedures for the new audio Anti-Theft system used on 1993 Diamante and 3OOOGT vehicles. The audio system will be disabled and require code reprogramming, if it looses power for approximately 1 hour or more. This power loss could occur during servicing other electrical systems or if the vehicle's battery should become discharged.

During PDI, the operation of the audio system (radio) must be checked and if necessary, the code programmed into the unit. Use the procedures shown in this bulletin for directions.
