Labor Operation Codes for CD Changer Replacement:

POE or Dealer installed units: 66234001

All CD changers in need of replacement must be sent to an Authorized Service Center for exchange. Units must not be replaced with those in stock, nor should a new unit be ordered.

To request an exchange CD changer, contact the appropriate Service Center listed below. The exchange unit will be sent within 24-hours of the request. When the exchange unit arrives, perform all necessary servicing outlined in this bulletin, then return the old unit to the Service Center.
