33. CD Can Not Be Elected

DIAGNOSIS

STEP 1. Is the key switch (ignition key) at "ACC" or "ON?"
If yes, go to Step 2.
If no, check the memory backup power supply circuit. Refer to Inspection Procedure 21.

STEP 2. Is the combined amplifier or radio set connected securely?
If yes, if the CD is not ejected, do not discard it, because the player may be damaged. Therefore, contact a service shop for repairs. Check that a CD can be ejected normally.

If no, connect the connectors securely. Check that a CD can be ejected normally.
