SUBJECT:
VEHICLE EMISSION CONTROL INFORMATION (VECI) LABEL SERVICE CAMPAIGN

A letter, with label enclosed, is being sent to all owners of affected vehicles instructing them to install the VECI label themselves. A copy of the customer notification letter is included with this bulletin. Vehicle owners who do not want to install the label are advised to ask their Mitsubishi Motors dealer to install the label at no charge.

Dealers with unsold affected vehicles in inventory must install a new label on each of these vehicles. Dealers who have affected vehicles in inventory will receive with this bulletin, a list of these vehicles and a supply of labels for these unsold units.
