THEFT ALARM RANDOM ACTIVATION

Theft Alarm Random Activation - 2006 Galant with Theft Alarm. The theft alarm may activate randomly due to poor contact between the theft alarm switch and the hood. To correct this condition, install two washers (p/n MF450005 - pkg of 5 washers) under each of the switch bracket bolts.

A TSB will soon be issued for this repair.
