SERVICE INFORMATION

Some of the radio/cassette combination units on the above listed vehicles may exhibit an intermittent simultaneous cassette fast forward and play after the ignition is turned on. This incident is usually difficult to duplicate.

REPAIR INFORMATION

Remove and replace the radio/cassette combination unit with a "counter-measure" unit; such units can be ordered by calling Clarion's Warranty Hot-Line, 1-800-347-8933. Dealers calling this Hot-Line to order a "Counter-measure" unit should identify the symptom and the part number of the currently-installed radio/cassette combo and verbally request a "special countermeasure" unit for simultaneous cassette fast forward and play.
