SERVICE INFORMATION

This bulletin introduces a new type joint connector and 0-ring for the air conditioning system.





The new type 0-ring fitting improves joint sealing (see Figure 1). The new straight port fitting requires different 0-rings than in the past. The new 0-rings are not interchangeable with the former type because they differ in diameter and thickness.

IMPORTANT:
Correct 0-ring usage is vital to proper sealing at the joint connections.








Always confirm the correct part number 0-ring for use in the proper location. See Figures 2 and 3 for the 0-ring part numbers.
