Evaporator Case: Service and Repair

Cooling Unit:

REMOVAL
- Cooling unit is not a serviceable unit.
1. Discharge the A/C system. Refer to "DISCHARGING REFRIGERANT".
2. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to ("INSTRUMENT PANEL").
3. Remove the cooling unit.

Cooling Unit - Installation:

INSTALLATION
Installation is the reverse of removal.
- Inspect cooling system for leaks.
- Inspect A/C system for refrigerant leaks.
