Removal and Installation




WORK STEPS

CLUSTER LID C

Removal




1. Remove cluster lid C by pulling to release clips.
2. Disconnect electrical connector.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CLUSTER LID D

Removal
1. Disconnect battery negative terminal.
2. Remove cluster lid C.
3. Remove front air control screws, using power tool.
4. Remove cluster lid D by pulling to release clips.




5. Disconnect electrical connectors.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CLUSTER LID A

Removal




Remove cluster lid A by pulling to release clips.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

COMBINATION METER

Removal
1. Remove cluster lid A.




2. Remove combination meter screws, using power tool.
3. Disconnect electrical connectors.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

INSTRUMENT LOWER COVER LH

Removal
1. Remove cluster lid C.




2. Remove fuse box cover.




3. Remove instrument lower cover LH screws, using power tool.
4. Remove instrument lower cover LH by pulling to release clips.
5. Disconnect electrical connectors.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

A/T FINISHER

Removal
1. Remove instrument lower cover LH.




2. Remove A/T finisher by pulling to release clips.
3. Disconnect electrical connectors.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

M/T FINISHER

Removal




1. Remove instrument lower cover LH.
2. Pull up to release clips and remove M/T finisher.
- Disconnect electrical connectors.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.




INSTRUMENT LOWER COVER RH AND GLOVE BOX

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Removal
1. Remove screws from glove box striker and glove box using power tool.
2. Remove screws and remove glove box housing and glove box door.
- Remove glove box lamp and harness from glove box housing.
- Disconnect harness and remove trunk cancel switch.

3. Remove damper clip from glove box door.
4. Remove glove box pins and remove glove box door from glove box housing.
5. Remove screws and remove glove box latch.
6. Remove screws and remove glove box damper.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
