Tachometer: Description and Operation

TACHOMETER
The tachometer indicates engine speed in revolutions per minute (rpm). ECM provides an engine speed signal to unified meter and A/C amp. via CAN communication lines. Unified meter and A/C amp. provides an engine speed signal to combination meter for tachometer via communication lines between unified meter and A/C amp. and combination meter.
