1.CHECK DVD-ROM
Check DVD-ROM for dirt, scratches and warpage.
Is the DVD-ROM clean and undamaged?
OK >> Replace AV control unit. Refer to Bose Audio With Navigation.
NG >> Replace DVD-ROM map.
