Cabin Air Filter / Purifier: Service and Repair

IN-CABIN MICROFILTER

The in-cabin microfilter restricts the entry of airborne dust and pollen particles and reduces some objectionable outside odors. The filter is located in the passenger's side footwell near the center column behind the glovebox.

To replace the filter, perform the following procedure:






1. Push the filter cover clips A up and pull out to remove B.






2. Grasp the tab on the filter C and pull out to remove D .

3. Replace with new filter and replace filter cover.
