HEATER CORE : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL
1. Remove A/C unit assembly. Automatic Air Conditioner Exploded View (automatic air conditioner), Manual Air Conditioner Exploded View (manual air conditioner) or Manual Heater Exploded View, "Exploded View (Manual Heater)" (manual heater).
2. Remove heater pipe grommet and heater pipe support from A/C unit assembly.
3. Remove foot duct LH. Exploded View.
4. Remove mounting screw, and then slide heater core to leftward.
5. Remove heater core from A/C unit assembly.

INSTALLATION
Installation is basically the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:
Refilling Engine Coolant when filling radiator with engine coolant.
