NOTE:
Before performing the diagnosis, be sure to check that the external input device has no malfunction.







Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK USB HARNESS

Check the USB harness visually and check if there is any pinching.
Is the check result normal?
YES- Replace the AV control unit. Refer to "Removal and Installation" Base Audio And Navigation.
NO- Replace the USB harness. Refer to "Removal and Installation" USB Connector.
