^ The vehicle had a proper telematics signal/connection and operation previously, but now the telematics symbol indicates no signal/connection in any location or there is no symbol at all.

^ DTCs U1A03 and/or U1A05 are present.

ACTION

^ Perform Section 1 of the SERVICE PROCEDURE ("Software Version Check of TCU") to determine if this bulletin applies.

If this bulletin does apply, perform software updates for the Telematics Control Unit (TCU) as instructed in the SERVICE PROCEDURE.
