Housing Assembly HVAC: Service and Repair

Blower Motor Module:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Discharge A/C system.
3. Vacuum tank and disconnect vacuum lines.
4. Wiring harness cover/protector.
5. Wiring from cowl.
6. Heater hoses and coolant pipes.
7. Blower motor.
8. Exhaust heat shield.
9. Blower motor resistor.
10. R.H. sound insulator.
11. Heater distribution duct.
12. Blower module.
13. Evaporator core.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Evaporator core to blower module.
2. Heater distribution duct.
3. R.H. sound insulator.
4. Blower motor resistor.
5. Exhaust heat shield.
6. Blower motor.
7. Heater hoses and coolant pipes.
8. Wiring to cowl.
9. Wiring harness cover/protector.
10. Vacuum tank and connect vacuum lines.
11. Negative battery cable.
12. Charge A/C system.
