Test B: A/C Compressor Clutch Test

1. With jumper between Terminals B and D of the A/C Compressor Control Relay, check the voltage to ground using a test lamp at the A/C Compressor Clutch. Leave the clutch connection place.

Test B A/C Compressor Clutch Test:

^ If Test Lamp does not light at the DK GRN (59) wire, check for an open in the wire.
^ If Test Lamp lights dimly at the DK GRN (59) wire, check for loose connector pins in the A/C Compressor Control Relay, Pressure Cycling Switch, and the Heater and A/C Control Assembly.
^ If Test Lamp lights at DK BLU (204) wire, check DK BLU wire and BLK (150) wire for an open. A/C High Pressure Cut-Out Switch should be closed.
