Test B: A/C Compressor Clutch Test

1. With jumper between Terminal 1 and 4 of the A/C Cut-Out Relay, check the voltage to ground using a test lamp at the A/C Compressor Clutch. Leave the clutch connector in place.

Test B A/C Compressor Control Test:

^ If tests are good but clutch does not engage, replace the A/C Compressor Clutch.
^ If the test lamp does not light at the DK GRN/WHT (59) wire, check for an open in the wire.
^ If test lamp lights dimly at the DK GRN/ WHT (59) wire, check for loose connector pins in the A/C Cut-Out Relay Pressure Cycling Switch, A/C High Pressure Cut-Out Switch (if equipped), and the Heater and A/C Control Assembly.
^ If test lamp lights at DK BLU (204) wire, check DK BLU wire and BLK (150) wire for an open. A/C High Pressure Cut-Out Switch should be closed (if equipped).
