With Electronic Controls

^ Try the following checks before doing the System Check:
1. Check the ELEC Fuse by visual inspection.
2. Check the CLUST Fuse by observing Instrument Panel Cluster for proper operation.
3. Check if any trouble codes are set by observing if the C0 or the F0 annunciator is flashing during the first two minutes of operation. If codes are set refer to Air Delivery and Temperature Controls / Testing and Inspection under Air Door Actuator for diagnosis. Air Door
4. If the steering wheel control functions do not operate but the Heater and A/C Control Assembly functions operate properly refer to diagnosis under Accessories and Optional Equipment / Radio. Accessories and Optional Equipment
5. If Heater and A/C Control does not switch from English to Metric, refer to diagnosis on the Instrument Panel Cluster under Instrument Panel. Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators
