Troubleshooting Hints - Gauges and Warning Indicators
- If any diagnostic codes or messages are displayed or if diagnostics cannot be entered, See Powertrain Management.- Try the following checks before doing the System Check.
1. Check Fuse 5.
2. Check Fuse 11.
3. Check Fuse 14.
4. Check the individual bulbs.
5. If more than one indicator is out, check the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) power and grounds.
6. If some of the vacuum fluorescent segments do not light during a segment check, replace the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC).
7. If there is a problem with the 15 button Driver Information Switch (if equipped) refer to cell 86 for diagnosis.

INSTRUMENT PANEL DIMMING
1. Check Tail/Park Lights Fuse 10 by checking for Tail or Park Lights operation.
2. Make sure the Twilight Photocell is not covered or obstructed.
