With HVAC System - Automatic - RPO C68

1. Check the CLUST and ELEC Fuses by visual inspection.
2. If the A/C system can be controlled by the Heater and A/C Control Assembly, but not by the Steering Wheel Controls, refer to Steering Wheel Controls for diagnosis.
3. If Heater and A/C Control does not switch from English to Metric, refer to Instrument Cluster diagnosis.
