With RPO C68

1. Check the ELEC and CLUST Fuses by visual inspection.
2. Check if any trouble codes are set by observing if the C° or the F° is flashing during the first two minutes of operation. If codes are set, refer to Air Delivery and Temperature Controls / Testing and Inspection under Air Door Actuator for diagnosis. Air Door
3. If the steering wheel control functions do not operate but the Heater and A/C Control Assembly functions operate properly, refer to Steering Wheel Controls diagnosis under Testing and Inspection.
4. If Heater and A/C Control Assembly does not switch from English to Metric, refer to Instrument Cluster diagnosis under Instrument Panel. Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators
5. Blower runs with the Heater and A/C Control Assembly OFF, check the PPL (65) wire for a short to battery.
