Troubleshooting Hints - Power Windows

Try the following checks before doing the System Check.

1. Check Circuit Breaker 25 by operating the Sunroof (if equipped). If Circuit Breaker 25 is open check for a short to ground (see schematic).

2. Always check terminal contact before replacing any component.

3. If Express Down function does not operate, but window operates, check for battery voltage at terminal A of Express Down Window Module connector and check DK BLU (164) wire from terminal C of Express Down Window Module to S526 for an open. If both checks are OK, replace Express Down Window Module.
