Instrument Cluster Partially or Completely Inoperative

Check CKT 39 terminal "C15" for battery voltage.
Check CKT 340 terminal "C8" for battery voltage.
Check CKT 750 terminal "C13" for battery voltage.

No voltage one or more terminals:
Repair open circuit to Fuse Block.

Battery voltage all terminals:
Send cluster out for repair.

Check ground CKT 150 terminal "D7" for continuity to ground.
Check ground CKT 151 terminal "C10" for continuity to ground.

No continuity to ground one or more terminals:
Repair open circuit to ground.

Continuity to ground all terminals:
Send cluster out for repair.
