Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. If one Headlight doesn't work, check the bulb, connectors, and wires to the bulb.
2. If Hi Beams do not light, but the Hi Beam Indicator lights, check LT GRN (11) or LT GRN/BLK (1311) wiring circuit for an open. Check connectors.
3. If Headlights on one side are dim, check connections and the ground on that side.
4. If the Headlights do not turn off, replace the Head/Park Light Switch. If Headlights with Twilight Sentinel (T82) do not turn off, refer to Vehicle Lighting/Daytime Running lamp.
5. If the Hi Beams light, but the Hi Beam Indicator does not, check the bulb and the LT GRN (11) circuit and BLK (152) wires for an open. Check connections at instrument cluster.
