TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS (Perform before beginning System Diagnosis)

1. Check the ALARM Fuse by operating the Cigar lighter.
2. The Multi-function Alarm Module that controls the Seat Belt Retractor Solenoids also controls Interior Lights and the chime alarms and Fasten Belts Indicator. For the complete schematic refer to Audible Warning Device
3. Check that the Multi-function Alarm Module is properly seated.
4. If key-in-ignition, lights-on, fasten belts chime or Fasten Belts Indicator does not operate, see Audible Warning Device
5. If Fasten Belts Indicator is not operating properly, refer to .Audible Warning Device
