CIRCUIT OPERATION
When excessive wheel spin is detected by the EBTCM, it will request the PCM to reduce engine torque via a high speed pulse width modulated (PWM) signal on circuit 463.

FAILURE CONDITIONS
If PCM code 1571 is not present, no fault exists with the ABS/TCS system.

DTC 75 sets when the EBTCM receives a serial data message from the PCM to disable traction control. DTC 75 sets under the two following conditions:

1. EBTCM to PCM communications.
^ CKT 463 or CKT 800 open or shorted
2. PCM DRIVEABILITY conditions to include PCM codes PO101, P0341, P0342, P1350, P1361, P1623, P1630, P0131, P0132, P0171 and P0172.
