Fuel Door: Description and Operation

With the gear selector in "PARK," voltage is applied from Relay Center Fuse #2, through the Fuel Door Release Relay to the Luggage Compartment/Fuel Door Release Switch. The switch is grounded through the Park/Neutral Safety Switch. When the switch is pushed, the relay is actuated and the Fuel Door Release Solenoid is energized. Voltage for the solenoid comes from Relay Center Fuse #1.
