Blower Motor Resistor: Service and Repair

Blower Assembly Wiring:

NOTICE: Do not allow the metal coils of the blower resistor to become grounded to any metal surface as this may result in internal circuitry damage.

Remove or Disconnect

1. Negative battery cable.
2. Electrical connections at blower resistor.
3. Blower resistor screws and resistor.

Install or Connect

1. Blower resistor and resistor screws.
2. Electrical connections at blower resistor.
3. Negative battery cable.
