Evaporator Core: Service and Repair

Tools Required:
J 39500 Air Conditioning Refrigerant Recovery, Recycling and Recharging (ACR4) System

Remove or Disconnect

1. HVAC module assembly. Service and Repair
2. Seal from around heater core and evaporator tubes.
3. Upper A/C evaporator case.
4. Evaporator.

Install or Connect

1. Evaporator.
2. Upper A/C evaporator case.
3. Seal over heater core and evaporator pipes.
4. HVAC module assembly.
