Instrument Panel Steering Column Opening Filler (Oldsmobile):

Remove or Disconnect
1. Data link connector.
2. Bolts/screws from instrument panel steering column opening filler.
3. Bolts/screws at park brake lever.
4. Instrument panel steering column opening filler from instrument panel.

Install or Connect

NOTICE: Refer to Service Precautions.

1. Instrument panel steering column opening filler to instrument panel.
2. Bolts/screws at park brake lever.

Tighten
^ Bolts/screws to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).

3. Bolts/screws to instrument panel steering column opening filler.

Tighten
^ Bolts/screws to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

4. Data link connector.
