Vacuum Harness HVAC: Service and Repair

Interior Vacuum Harness:

Vacuum Harness Color Coding:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Negative battery cable.
2. Instrument panel trim panel and heater control.
3. Vacuum harness from vacuum switch.
4. Instrument panel compartment.
5. Hamess from vacuum actuators.
6. Harness from vehicle.

Install or Connect

1. Vacuum harness to control vacuum switch.
2. Heater control.

Tighten
^ Screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

3. Vacuum lines to actuators.
4. Instrument panel compartment.
5. Instrument panel trim panel.
6. Negative battery cable.

Tighten
^ Screws to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).
