Troubleshooting Hints

1. Check HORN Fuse by visual inspection.
2. If HORN Fuse blows when replaced, check circuit 29 and Horns for a short to ground.
^ Refer to Steering Wheel and Column for Steering Wheel and Column disassembly information.
^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove GOOD in a continuity/voltage check (Refer to Troubleshooting Procedures).
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems (Refer to Troubleshooting Procedures). Diagnostic Aids
